New England -7 has 70% of the spread bets against the Jets at BetMGM, but 91% of the money. The 21-point gap between those shares is the widest of the seven early games. The Patriots also led DraftKings’ spread bets at 83%, with 79% of its spread money.
Against Indianapolis, most BetMGM spread bets back the Colts. More money backs Tennessee. The Titans +6.5 have 57% of the money on 37% of bets, after opening +7.
Baltimore is drawing a much larger share of money than bets, too: 73% against 53% at BetMGM. The Ravens are -3 against Cleveland after opening -4. A four-point Baltimore win would cash the newer ticket and push the opener.
New Orleans -1 has a slim lead in BetMGM’s spread money against the Giants, at 51%, despite taking only 33% of bets. In DraftKings’ earlier report, New York led both: 76% of spread bets and 73% of money. DraftKings did not list spread prices with its figures.
Carolina–Philadelphia has changed sides at BetMGM. The Panthers opened as 1.5-point underdogs and are now 3-point favorites, with 78% of spread money and 72% of bets. The total has fallen from 43.5 to 39.
Tampa Bay’s +120 moneyline has 62% of BetMGM’s money on 37% of bets against Pittsburgh. Spread bettors favor the Steelers -2.5, who hold 61% of money and 68% of bets. The total is drawing more money to under 39: 75% of dollars on 52% of bets.
Chicago–Atlanta has the biggest total move among these seven games, from 47.5 to 52.5. The over has 58% of BetMGM’s bets but 45% of money. In Saints–Giants, money favors over 46: 82% of dollars on 61% of bets, with the total up a point from its opener.
